Production
Our five-story Central Commissary Unit (CCU) combines a full-service bakery, commissary section, and automated food production equipment. The facility serves over 200 flights daily and delivers more than 10,000 meals to airport lounges each day.
Safety & Compliance
Emirates Flight Catering is the world's first airline catering company certified for ISO 45001:2018 in Occupational Health and Safety Management. We also received the British Safety Council's International Safety Award 2020 with Merit.
